ReplyDeleteoh my! where to start? With the two hour wait to get through to support, the inability to use half of the "program enhancements" that were supposed to ease our workload or the slow functionality of the program as a whole? Most notably the lack of a management screen so that we are not having to open every client and figure out where they are in the process. The erratic pop up error messages or the error messages everytime I enter a 1099-Misc. Which I stopped doing as it was too time consuming to figure out what (if anything) was wrong with the data entry. And I probably spent half my data entry time waiting for the program to "calculate." There are still areas of the program that are not functioning correctly, if at all, most notably in the management area of the program.
